Situated in an idyllic setting at the base of One Tree Hill Lookout, bordering the 6th fairway of Chalambar Golf Course. Nestled amongst 100 year old trees with a nature reserve and popular Grampians wineries nearby, it's ideal for a relaxing getaway.
The atmosphere of this fully self-contained, 2 storey Bluestone house is cosy in winter, with a log fire and has air-conditioned comfort in summer.
Our master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite. Two upstairs bedrooms both have a queen bed and single bed. The modern upstairs bathroom has a spa and separate shower.
The fully equipped kitchen, includes dishwasher, wall oven and microwave. Laundry has washing, drying facilities.
An outside bar-b-que area is set in the landscaped garden.
